How do I deliver wedding photos to guests on the same day?
Export your edits into a folder the DotUtsav desktop app watches. It uploads each photo as it lands, faces are matched as they arrive, and guests who scan the event's QR code and take one selfie see every photo they are in, while the event is still going.
Does it work with Lightroom and Capture One?
Yes. The desktop app watches an ordinary export folder, so any editor that exports JPEGs works: Lightroom, Capture One or anything else. You keep your editing workflow exactly as it is.
What if the venue Wi-Fi drops mid-upload?
The desktop app keeps its own queue. It picks up where it stopped when the connection returns, and it never uploads the same photo twice.
Can guests see my studio's name instead of DotUtsav?
Yes, on the Pro and Studio plans. Your logo and studio name lead the guest gallery and the QR card, with only a small Powered by DotUtsav credit in the footer. You can also stamp your logo on the photos guests open and save, and choose whether they can save full size, web size, or nothing at all.
Can my second shooter and editor work on the same account?
On the Studio plan, three people besides you sign in with their own email and password and work on your events. You keep billing, branding and the team to yourself.
Do you compress my photos?
Never. Originals are kept exactly as you exported them. Each plan holds a number of photos or gigabytes, whichever comes first.
